Who It's For

Six audiences. One credential.

We built the Certified AI Advisor program with six specific kinds of working Canadian in mind. We are explicit about who the program is for, and quietly, we are explicit about who it is not for. Find yourself below.

AI strategy executive I
Audience I

Managers & Supervisors

If you lead a team of three or three hundred, the question of how to introduce AI into your team's workflow is already on your plate. The CAA™ is built for the manager who wants to lead that introduction credibly, without breaking what is currently working, without alienating the people on the team who are quietly anxious, and without becoming the person in the building who can no longer answer a basic question about the tools their direct reports are using. The program covers change management, internal tool selection, a measured pilot framework, and how to defend an AI deployment in front of your own leadership. You graduate with a deployment plan for your actual team.

Founder and operations lead II
Audience II

Founders & Entrepreneurs

If you are running an early-stage or small business, you are the CTO until you can hire one, and the AI advisor, for now, is going to be you. The CAA™ helps you compress that learning curve: you will leave with a personal AI stack that earns its keep, a working set of internal automations that take administrative load off your day, and a clear-eyed view of which AI investments actually move revenue. We are explicit about the cost-benefit tradeoffs at the small-business scale, and we are unromantic about the tools that aren't yet worth your time. Several Cohort 01 founders billed back the cost of the program within six weeks of graduating.

Senior consultant and advisor III
Audience III

Consultants & Advisors

If you already consult, strategy, operations, marketing, finance, technology, the CAA™ is a credential that signals current, working AI expertise to your existing clients and a structured way to add an AI advisory line to your practice. We provide pricing frameworks, scoping language, a redlined sample SOW, and a referral pipeline through the CBEA matching service. You leave with three saleable engagement packages and the confidence to put them in front of your existing client list within the first month after the program ends.

Licensed professional in a regulated industry IV
Audience IV

Real Estate, Healthcare & Insurance Professionals

If you work in a regulated industry, real estate, healthcare, insurance, brokerage, financial services, your AI question is different from a generic tech startup's. You cannot move fast and break things; the things you would be breaking are your licensure and your clients' trust. Module 06 covers your industry specifically (with guest practitioners), and Module 07 covers Canadian privacy law and the proposed Artificial Intelligence and Data Act in depth. CAA™ holders in regulated industries graduate with a deployment framework their compliance team can actually sign off on.

Mid-career professional changing into AI advisory V
Audience V

Career Changers

If you have decided that the next ten years of your career are going to be in AI advisory, whether full-time, freelance, or alongside an existing role, the CAA™ is the most direct way we know to make that transition credible. The program is structured to produce a portfolio (the capstone), a credential (the CAA™), a network (the cohort), and a referral pipeline (the matching service), the four pieces a career changer typically has to assemble alone and over years. We compress that into twelve weeks.

Student and enthusiast member VI
Audience VI

Students & Enthusiasts

If you are a senior undergraduate, graduate student, or simply an unusually motivated learner, the CAA™ is an opportunity to make your first serious professional credential something current and recognized. We hold the same bar for student members as we do for working professionals, there is no separate track and no easier capstone, but we do offer a student rate and a small number of scholarship places per cohort. Several student CAA™ holders from Cohort 01 used the credential and the capstone deliverable directly in their first post-graduation interviews.
