Privacy information.

Information you choose to send

When you contact CBEA by email, you may provide your name, email address and message. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, explore an appropriate connection or coordinate participation safely.

Young people and families

CBEA serves youth ages 12-18. We ask young people not to send sensitive personal, health, crisis or emergency information through this website or by ordinary email. A parent, guardian or appropriate responsible adult should be involved when appropriate for a youth activity.

How information is handled

We aim to collect only information that is reasonably needed for the purpose described. We do not sell personal information. We may share information when necessary to protect someone’s safety, meet a legal obligation or work with an appropriate partner on a requested activity.

Safety is not an email service

CBEA is not a crisis, emergency, medical or clinical service. For an immediate safety concern in Canada, call or text 9-8-8, or call 9-1-1 when someone is in immediate danger.
